Do not send payment before I have asked you to.

At least half the payment must be paid before I begin to work.

If the full payment has not been received by me after I have shown you sufficient work in progress images then the commission will not be completed any further.

All payments will be completed through PayPal unless otherwise discussed.

The goods and services fee from Paypal will be included in your final price. Note that paying in multiple segments may increase this.

My signature must NOT be removed from the artwork.

Do not claim the artwork you have commissioned as your own work. Doing so will result in a ban from buying anything from me.

Only the commissioner or owner of the character is allowed to share my art publicly with credit to “Nightstorm Artist Cat” or the social media handles provided.

Commercial use of the artwork is not permitted.

The final artwork is not to be used to train or teach any artificial intelligence-based image generation program.

I have the right to decline if I am uncomfortable with your request. All information on what I am comfortable with drawing is available and specifics can be requested.

Any inappropriate or discriminatory behaviour during communications will also result in a decline of your commission.

You will not receive the work or a refund if I am unable to contact you. Providing a new means of contact when needed can prevent this.

All sales are final for the portion of work completed.

A refund can be provided if I am unable to complete the commission due to circumstances beyond my control.

Not following my terms or incorrectly requesting a refund may result in you being added to a blacklist.
